These Terms govern your use of PrismAI ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PrismAI is a personal finance tracking tool that helps you record and understand your money. It is provided for informational and organisational purposes only.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.
New accounts include a free trial. After the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription. Pricing and trial length are shown in the app and may change with notice. Where payments are processed, they are handled by our payment provider; subscriptions continue until cancelled.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
PrismAI does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Insights, summaries, calculations, and projections are informational only and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business. The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed before public launch.
